We are not picture people, and have never done professional pictures before, so we were a bit nervous, but Nassim captured exactly what we wanted without us feeling awkward or showy. She listened carefully to us and learned about who we are and what we wanted our day to be about. We weren't sure we even wanted to have a photographer at our ceremony because it was so tiny and intimate, and we thought the vibe might be shifted too much. But Nassim blended perfectly!! My goal is to get to know you so we can document your day in a meaningful way.
You'll get my complete 75+ page elopement guide so that you are fully prepared to embark on the best adventure of your life! If you want to add an engagement session to your package, you will also get some of my favourite scouted location recommendations and outfit fips to prepare for it.

I will care for your elopement as through it were my own. I am always an email or call away to chat through anything. I'll provide location scouting, vendor recommendations, timeline planning tips, and get to your requests asap.
This is about creating a unique-to-you wedding experience.
I carefuly document and meticulously edit your photos so that they are ready for you 8-10 weeks after your wedding day. You will have access to high-resolution and web-sized images delivered in an online password-protected gallery AND in a wooden USB drive. I will also craft a slideshow so you can invite anyone you want over and watch it together! You will get full printing rights, as well as access to a print store with products from my favourite luxury photo lab.
And guess what? You will also get sneak peeks just A DAY after your elopement. I know, the excitement is real to get a glimpse of all the magic we just created.
You deserve photos that stand out from the crowd. In addition to digital photography, you can add drone photography for free (in locations that allow it) and/or add classic roll film coverage for just $300. Other optional add-ons include a boudoir session, a day-after honeymoon glow session, and more!

You deserve to fully celebrate the day you'll get married and capture all the emotions from beginning to end. Since the whole story of a wedding day is different for everyone, my packages start at 3 hours of coverage but go up to 2-day "weekend" elopements. Get in touch to figure out the best coverage for YOU!

Here are some commonly asked questions about elopement photography in Vancouver and beyond. If you can't find an answer to your question(s), don't hesitate to reach out!
Your elopement is unique and so is the amount of coverage you'll need! I have packages to help you make a decision, but ultimately, we can customize the perfect package to make sure you are fully enjoying your day and no important moments are missed. You can always start with a base minimum coverge you know you will need and then add more time later once everything is planned.
I don't limit the amount of guests within my intimate wedding and elopement packages beause I believe you should feel free to invite any loved ones that are closest to you, and that looks different for every person! However, for most outdoor elopement ceremonies, I recommend keeping to 20 guests or less for permits, logistics and environmental preservation.
Thankfully, elopements are much simpler to plan than big weddings! You need a marriage license and either a marriage commissioner, officiant or religious representative to legally declare you married. Feel free to ask me for some really great officiant recommendations! In BC, you also need 2 witnesses who are at least 19 years old. You might also need a park or photography permit depending on where you choose to get married (but don't worry, I'm here to help you with that!). Other than those legal requirements, the rest of the planning is a lot of fun and the vendors you'll need are all based on your wants!
Great question because I LOVE helping couples plan their destionation elopement, no matter where it is in the world. You can start by looking at this handy guide I created for my couples, and if you still have questions or want to start planning for your own elopement - feel free to reach out!
An adventure elopement doesn't equal hiking for all couples! There are so many other ways to incoportate a sense of adventure and get great views! But for couples that love to hike, I recommend picking hikes no longer than 8km. You can either hike in your dress and hiking boots OR you can pack your wedding attire and I'll bring a pop-up pod for you to change comfortably anywhere!
Ahh I would be asking myself this question too if it was my wedding day! More than anything, I want to make sure that you are the happiest that you can be on the day you get married - and if that means going with a plan B, then we will make that happen! So we will either reschedule, shift the timeline around, or go to a different location. That being said, light rain can also be SO beautiful and cinematic! If we go with rain, I'll make sure we are extra equiped with blankets and umbrellas.
Planning assistance is tailored to each couple! I can help with everything from location scouting and tips for your engagement session, to finding vendors and building the perfect timeline for your elopement or wedding day. You will receive PDF guides with tips for your elopement/wedding day and engagement session.
You'll also get unlimited consultation calls with me to go over your questions, ideas and plans. I know we'll make a great team!
You will receive all your photos and slideshow in 8-10 weeks! I use an online photo gallery platform called Pic-Time, where you can view, share, and download your images as many times as you like! You will also have access to a print store where you can select your favorite images to print! For easy sharing, you will also get a USB drive delivered to your door!
To make things easier for you, all travel expenses are included in each of the packages I offer. There are no additional travel fees. I'll take care of any transportation, accommodation, etc. and you won't have to worry about inflation, changes in airfare or gas pricing.
It is super easy! Once you've decided you wanted to have an elopement or intimate wedding, inquire here!
I'll send over my calendar so we can hop on a call to get to know each other and for me to share more ideas and resources with you! Once you are ready to lock in a date at your dream location, I will send over a contract along with an invoice for a 50% retainer, which will officially secure your date. All of this is done online through your Honeybook client portal, where you'll easily be able to sign your contract and have access to different payment options.
Once you're all booked, we will begin planning for an incredible day, personalized to your vision and needs!
